Future Proof is an exhibition of a collection of work by street artist Takyon and live interactive performance by the team at Aim Low.

The gallery show explores the relationship between how both art and live events are more often made more "real" through their presence in digital space rather than in the present moment.

The Missing Mona Lisa

The fame of the Mona Lisa is probably only matched by her mystery, yet it is not only the meaning behind her enchanting smile that remains an enigma. To this day little is commonly known about the theft of the soon-to-be renowned work of art, so uncared for in 1911 that it would be over 24 hours before any of the staff at the Louvre would notice she was missing. Yet, it would be this very theft and her journey back to the gallery walls that would capture the public imagination worldwide.

With many crazy theories and the crazier still investigation no one would have believed the real motive and how close we came to never seeing the Mona Lisa again. The forgotten story its disappearance - and later recovery of the world's most iconic painting - told by the Aim Low Theatre Company is truly unbelievable in the way only human history can be.

Paying the Piper is a devised piece of multimedia theatre exploring the darker side folk stories and fairy tales that are normal reserved for children. When a small town in the year 1346 becomes consumed by a plague of rats its inhabitants have no idea that they are bringing with them one of the most devastating pandemics in human history. With the town on the edge of collapse, they will turn to the help of a stranger who will become remembered as hero to some and villain to others.

Napoleon sits under house arrest imagining the downfall of is European empire. Although aware he is in the final chapter of his life's story, Bonaparte and those who surround him know the end is still unwritten and time will ultimately pass judge them all.

Aim Low hosted its first event in Bath with the live recording of its internet radio shows. The popular No Laughing Matter and the newly formed Forthwall moved out of the studio for the first time and in front of a live audience at the Tovey Theatre.

This adventure begins with a fifty year old man who after becoming obsessed with books of knights and tales of chivalry, longs for his own adventures and stories to tell. This obsession grows and grows until he decides he shall become a knight himself, finally setting out on an old horse into a world far from the make believe lands of his books.

Aim Low its theatrical début in Bristol at the Bierkeller Theatre (as whispered secret which would later become Aim Low). With this ambitious project, we once again brought to life Cervantes’ timeless story of Don Quixote. While working to distil the story back to its simplest form, the focus lied in digging deep into the core themes and ideas around relentless optimism, the fear of change while growing older and the power of dreams. Ideas that still have relevance today despite, the story being first published over four hundred years ago.
